Brief introduction:
CK-PN201 halogen free intumescent polyolefin special flame retardant is made by compound and special treatment of CK-APP101 high degree of polymerization ammonium polyphosphate. It is a high efficiency polyolefin special flame retardant of phosphor and nitrogen system. It does not have halogen with well solubility with polyolefin, well processability, small mechanical property i***ct, excellent electrical property and anti-precipitation, especially fit for the flame retardant of PP , PE , EVA, etc. it also can be used in TPE¡¢EPDM¡¢EPR¡¢SEBS, with well retardant effectiveness.

Application:It is used in thermoplastic material. Adding (25¡À3%)in PP material; adding ( 33¡À3%)in PE material;adding ( 22¡À3%)in EVA and silicon rubber; It can reach the 0.8mm UL94-V 0 standard with the oxygen index above (LOI) 32, and resist the 168h/70¦ÏC anti- precipitation water resistant test.
